Our services

Quotes, pricing & payment

• Prices shown on this site (including monthly plans and one-time setup fees) are starting points and may vary based on project scope.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue until cancelled per your agreement. Setup fees are one-time and generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access, and approvals we need to do the work on time. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final custom deliverables we create for you, except for third-party components and our own pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, which we license to you for use with your project. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, domains, payment processors, plugins, APIs). Their terms and fees are your responsibility, and we are not liable for their performance or outages.

Warranties & disclaimer

We perform our services in a professional manner. Except as stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dtech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
